Botanical Gardens Sydney

Went for a lunchtime stroll today through the Botanical Gardens in Sydney.  We only really got to see a small part of the gardens, and shall be going back!

A quick trip to Canberra

A quick run down to Canberra for my annual visit to the War Memorial.  I also went to the National Gallery (no photography allowed inside of course).

The statue of Simpson and his donkey in front of the memorial.  trust me, there IS a donkey down lower!

If you are after wind, I can highly recommend Canberra in August.  Man, it blew!
